T-slot milling cutter with waste fine-tooth milling cutter

In the mechanical repair process, the processing problems of T-shaped grooves designed according to the old standard and non-standard are encountered. In this way, the T-slot milling cutter for machining needs to be self-made. We use a waste fine-toothed taper shank end mill to transform it into a T-slot milling cutter that meets the processing requirements. As shown in the figure, we use a waste φ22mm fine-tooth end mill to transform the T-slot milling cutter, which is fast and economical in processing and high in efficiency. It should be noted here that the modified T-slot milling cutter should have sharp cutting edges and should not have defects such as chipping, blunt opening and grinding annealing.
